The assessment and EPC must be produced by an Accredited Energy Assessor who is a member of a recognised Government approved accreditation scheme. Easton Bevins’ staff are qualified to Level 4 under the Government approved accreditation scheme. This means that we are able to carry out assessments on 90% of all buildings which can be modelled using the Government approved calculation methodology, SBEM (Simplified Building Energy Model).
