Newbury office was formed in 2005 to service clients in the east of the region and into London.
Although the most recently established base, the office benefits from the vast experience of the practice. Working for large national corporations, local authorities and developers. Newbury also currently houses the architectural design department of the business.
Based in the heart of the town in Northbrook Street, the Newbury office covers a variety of the practices sectors, including CDM Coordination, statutory consents, measured and topographical surveys, architectural design, building and homebuyer surveys along with standard building surveying services.
In recent months Newbury has gained several large commissions including acting as agent and CDM coordinator for a large multinational telecommunications company, carrying out measured surveys and schedules of condition for a national contractor and acting as project managers for an ambulance trust.
The team at Newbury is committed to providing a professional service to both local and national clients and expanding the practice client base further into the commercial sector.
